“The rest of the meatballs,” the author writes in the preface, “is very similar to what happens in our minds when we develop the ideas. The ideas are the result of experiences, encounters, reflections and suggestions. Many ingredients that are put together and then produce new thoughts. But before that happens it is helpful to rest those ingredients, give it time to settle, to blend, thicken.
